Flaxxies are hitting the road to keep the summer vibes rolling, with their debut Hawke's Bay show at Peak House on Saturday, 26th April! Fresh off massive festival slots at Le Currents, Coro Classic, and opening for the legendary Sublime, this five-piece from Tāmaki Makaurau is bringing their sun-soaked tunes and killer live energy to Hawke’s Bay.
With their signature blend of reggae, blues, rock ‘n’ roll, and dub, Flaxxies have built a reputation as one of Aotearoa’s hottest new acts. They’ve shared the stage with the likes of Ocean Alley, Th’ Dudes, Daily J, NO CIGAR, and The Grogans, and worked with Tiki Taane and Connor Jaine (Mako Road) to craft their infectious sound.
Joining the lineup are some of Hawke’s Bay’s finest: Joe Cole, The Cellars, Annabelle Pearson, and Bobbin’ — serving up a stacked local bill to kick the night off right.
